 At the beginning of the June, Sam and I went to the Dharma Drum Mountain which was a famous organization for Buddhists, the reason why I went to there is because it was really a strict way to get out of bustling life from flourishing city to peaceful mountain. This journey will share my experience of two days meditation to my dear friend in the world.

In the first place, I will tell you what I did in these two days. To keep silence was one of the substantial rules, because talking would not only distract others but also disturb your mind. To be more precise, the aim of keeping silence was the practice of concentrating on everything such as meditation, walking and eating so on. After the simple rule, I was relax to follow the master’s direction for all activities, thus it was easy, did not it ?

In addition, actually, I had experienced all kinds of pain from light
numbness to unbearable pain during the time of meditation except exercise time, working time and rest time.

From my point of view, it was a really painful memory, but it was also a rewarding lesson. In other words, lacking practice in daily life triggers the inevitable consequence, thus it let me understand how disordered I was in my mind.

In short, from the lesson presented above, I have knew how difficult it is to persist one thing in daily life.
